Purchasing Original Art

    If you would like to purchase an art item that is either priced or not, please inquire via e-mail at info@arts500.com You may also telephone us at (718) 376-0589 during our normal business hours of Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm EST.

Scheduling an Appointment to View Original Art

    Most of the artists included in our online art gallery have studios in Manhattan at which artwork can be seen. Such viewings are by appointment only. You must schedule an appointment to view artwork with the artist / art owner directly. For details please e-mail to info@arts500.com

Our business policy

  • All items are subject to availability and prior sale.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments are in US$, and can be made by Credit Card (Amex, MasterCard, and Visa). Personal checks must clear before shipment.
  • We guarantee that all items are as described. You may return any item for a full refund of the purchase price if it is returned within five days of receipt in the same condition and sent via an insured route. All returned item requests must be communicated to us by telephone or e-mail.
  • We are located in Brooklyn, New York just over the Brooklyn Bridge from Manhattan and are open by appointment.

Payments

  • Through PayPal, using Visa or MasterCard. PayPal now accepts FOREIGN-ISSUED credit/debit cards. (You do NOT need to have a 3-digit security code that normally only U.S.-issued cards have.) Send payments to info@arts500.com
